My Account

Why do I need to create a password when I open an account?
Once you have created an account you will need to enter your password every time you log in to access your information. This is necessary to protect your privacy, so that any information you save is safe. Please remember that your password is case sensitive.

What are the benefits of opening an account at Crazyaboutgadgets.com?
Opening an account Crazyaboutgadgets.com is quick and easy and provides many benefits. After opening an account you can store your billing and shipping addresses. (We don't ask you to store any credit card information.) Whenever you're ready to complete your order the information is automatically filled in for you when you login. I've got an account but can't remember my password, or my password is not recognised. What do I do next?
If you.ve forgot your password please go to the Account log-in page and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will automatically be sent your password by email which you can change as soon as you want to something more memorable.

How does Crazyaboutgadgets.com verify your credit card information?
Crazyaboutgadgets.com validates your credit card by checking your personal billing information. We require you to enter the billing information as it appears on your credit card statement into the billing section of the order before we authorise your purchase.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Crazyaboutgadgets.com accepts Visa, Visa/Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Solo and Maestro. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo and Google checkout. We do take personal cheques and payment must be made to .Crazyaboutgadgets.com., please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear.

I've got an offer code but the website won't accept it. What can I do next?
It's possible the offer code has expired. However, if you are having problems with the offer code on the website, please call us on 0845 1218 180 or use the .live chat. facility and we'll hopefully process it for you. Please note that only one offer code can be used per order and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock?
We will inform you by email with information on the availability date. If an item is out of stock we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the product, or you.ll. have the option to cancel the entire order or receive a full refund on the item/s out of stock.

Can I place an order by Email or Fax?
You can request information on item/s by email or fax, but for security reasons cannot take orders by email or by fax.

What happens if the price of the item/s changes between me placing an order and receiving the item/s?
Once your order and payment have been confirmed we cannot alter the price of the item/s you have ordered whether there is an increase or decrease in the price of the item/s you have ordered. If, however, you wanted to return your order to us, you may do so and place a new order in order to obtain the new, lower price. See our returns policy

Where are the accessories for products?
Available accessories are shown towards the bottom of each product listing page for the selected item. You have the option to add accessories for your product from the product listing page, or if you forget you also have the option to come back to view accessories via a link on the shopping cart page.

Is product stock status reliable?
Product stock levels are updated daily. In the case of an issue with stock, where the number of orders exceeds the stock we have, you will be informed by email with an expected availability and delivery time for your order.

How do I know my order has been placed?
If you think you have placed an order but have not had confirmation or are unsure if it has gone through you can check by logging into your account and clicking the .my account. button which can be found on the top right hand corner of our site. You will see a list of all orders placed on your account. If your order is not shown, then your order has not been placed and you should contact us to see why this has happened. Once an order is submitted our system automatically sends you an order confirmation email which you should receive within a few minutes. You will also receive further emails to inform you of the status of your order before it has left our warehouse.

How long does a refund take?
It takes us between 7-14 working days for us to process and re-send you a replacement or to issue a refund to the original purchasers. card.

Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed you can not add to it. If you wish to cancel the order or have any other questions please call us on 0870 766 2702 or email us at sales@crazyaboutgadgets.com

Are receipts sent with orders?
Yes. Receipts are sent with all orders, they contain details of the order, the delivery method and our contact details should you need to return something to us. No card or payment details are kept by us, and therefore are not printed on any receipts.

Can you deliver to a different address other than the cardholders?
Yes. Orders can be delivered to a different address other than the card holders, but for security purposes your order may take slightly longer to confirm. If you want to have your order delivered to your work address and you work in a large company, please be aware that it may not always be possible for the courier to bring the package directly to you, it may have to be left at reception or the .goods in. area. Please check before placing the order that it.s ok for your items to be delivered to your works address.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
We are not able to give exact dates on when your order may be delivered. Please see the .Estimated delivery date pop up for more information on when you should receive your order.

I'm ordering from overseas, what about customs?
Once your order has left Crazyaboutgadgets.com we are not responsible for any extra charges incurred during the delivery period. If you think that you may have to pay import taxes or any other tax please check before you place the order.

I'm placing an order from overseas, can I have it delivered to a UK address?
Yes. You may be ordering something for a relative or friend, it is ok to do this but please make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive or sign for the package.

Can I view my order status?
Yes. You can see all your orders, current and previous by logging into your account.

When do you charge my card for my order?
The order value is debited from your card during the payment process, this may take 2-3 days to show on your bank statement.

What is Processing Time?
Processing time is the period we verify your order and package your items for dispatch. Assuming all the items for your order are available, this usually occurs within 24 hours. This may change slightly during busy periods, please look at our .Estimated delivery date. pop up, featured on every .in stock. product listing, and the homepage for delivery updates. International orders may take an additional 24 hours to process. This is usually due to payment verification, especially if shipping to an address different than your billing address or outside the UK.

I haven.t received an order or shipping confirmation email, what now?
If you don't receive an order confirmation within 12 hours, please contact customerservice@Crazyaboutgadgets.com or use the .live chat. facility. We don't send shipping confirmation e-mails until your order leaves our warehouse.

Who do I call for technical support for any products I.ve bought?
We will try to answer any technical questions you have about a product, but sometimes it.s easier and quicker to call the manufacturer directly. This information is usually on the product packaging or in the instruction manual.

Will you send an order confirmation?
We'll send you an order confirmation email once you.ve submitted your order. In the email we.ll list each product you ordered and the price, we.ll tell you your order number, and confirm the shipping information by the type of company used, and provide you with a consignment number for your order. How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?
You can get a copy of your invoice by logging into your account. You will be able to download your invoice from your order history.


Dispatch & Delivery

What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
Please contact the shipping company used if the package or contents are damaged, missing. The courier company used will be clearly stated in the confirmation and dispatch emails you receive when you placed your order.

What happens if my order is delayed because of bad weather conditions?
Neither Crazyaboutgadgets.com or the shipping company are responsible for weather related delays.

When does Crazyaboutgadgets.com deliver packages?
Crazyaboutgadgets.com uses delivery companies that currently deliver packages every business day, Monday - Friday. You may have your order delivered on a Saturday if the option is available at the checkout and you have selected it.

What is estimated delivery date?
Orders usually take around 24-48 hours to process. Add the processing time to the shipping time to get your delivery time. Order processing may take slightly longer at different times of the year, for example, over the Valentines Day, Fathers Day and definitely the Christmas period. Please look at our .Estimated delivery date. pop up, featured on every .in stock. product listing, and the homepage for delivery updates.

Can I order from overseas?
Yes. As well as the UK, we can deliver to countries throughout the EU and the rest of the world. Please click here to see if we deliver to your country.

The delivery option I.d like isn.t available, why?
Sometimes not all delivery services are available for every order, this may be due to a few factors, most likely to be the size of the item/s or the delivery location. All shipping options will be presented to you at the checkout based on your delivery country.

How do I track my parcel once it.s dispatched?
In the order confirmation email you receive from us will be all the information you.ll need to track the status of your order. Once it leaves our warehouse it.ll be delivered by one of the courier companies we use, the contact details of the courier company and the consignment reference number will all be provided in the confirmation email.

How will I receive shipping confirmation?
You.ll receive an e-mail from us confirming your order as soon as we receive it. Don.t delete the e-mail because it includes your order number. We'll then mail confirmation of your shipment as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. The email will contain all the required information to track and trace your order. Please do not reply to the email as the mail box is unattended.

Do you deliver to the USA?
Yes, we deliver to the USA, delivery usually takes between 5-7 working days
